“Free” credit report strikes again — AAA Advantage is a scam.
Free credit reports are not free. My husband unknowingly committed us both to charges of $11.95/month by requesting a free credit report from freecreditreport.com. It’s no wonder they can afford those annoying commercials. ”Free” credit report strikes again! AAA Advantage is a so-called free credit report company that then charges you automatically monthly for $14.95/month. If you try to cancel, they will bill you for the month you cancel and continue billing you until you get really ugly with them.

Thank you posting this company. freecreditreport.com business is bad for the consumers. The guy in their commercial is almost like telling you - I got you ’sucka’ - It’s very misleading and dangerous!
Also, if you call the number to cancel your account, don’t forget your confirmation number, you will be charged again.

I had the same ripoff problem with them. I checked my credit reports and starting receiving a bill on my credit card account, they refuse to take it off. I have reported them to the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Attorney General.
