yourmobilespot sells discount cell phones. I ordered a new black/gray Samsung Gravity from this company. After 13 days and constant emails, the package was finally sent. When I received the package, it contained a WHITE Samsung Gravity. I then discovered the cover for the memory card was broken off and the phone book already contained phone numbers. I contacted the company by email immediately. I was told if I return the product, I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. I quickly emailed yourmobilespot.com back and reminded them that the fault was theirs. At that point I was told if I sent the phone back, I would be charged a 20% restocking fee PLUS a cancellation fee. If you’d like to purchase a phone at a less expensive rate, don’t do it through yourmobilespot.com!

I have a similar experience. They sent me a broken Motorola KRZR phone. The battery cover was borken. They said they will send me the cover which never arrived. Mean while 7 days past for their return policy. Then I realized the mobile is not charging or working at all. I took it to authorized Motorola Sevice provider. They declared it as a phone with damaged motherboard. I’m not sure what I can do at this point. Please advise on how we can stop these cheats.

I purchased 5, supposedly, unlocked phones from yourmobilespot.com and it turned out 4 of them were not unlocked and the 4 of them were not in good condition. I ordered a black samsung phone and they sent me a green samsung.
One phone was broken. I returned it and it has been a month and they have not given me the credit back to my credit card.
3 of the phones were not new. They were used. I could tell they were used because I saw the list of phone numbers in the address book in the cellphone.
You are better off buying some place else. I bought from this site because I needed to get 5 phones and it saved me some $$$ but now i regret it.

i ordered 3 phones ($300 worth)through yours mobile spot.com but they delayed to send my package and i asked them to refund my money back, then after i got e-mail saying that refund in process but they dint refund it back. i was trying to open yourmobilespot.com but it is not getting open so please kindly help me how to get back my money.
