Educhiro

Educhiro sells Marketing DVDs for Chiropractors. I ordered 1000 DVDs and ROF DVD and  was told my order would arrive “to my door” within 4-6 weeks and was told they like to ‘over deliver’, so I’d probably get them sooner.  When I first made the order with the Nicole the Director of Educhiro, she said she would look after me personally.
 
8 weeks later, I  left many messages on the Educhiro Toll Free No. but rarely did I get a reply. First, I was willing to overlook their obvious disorganization as they were a newish company.  I  asked whether instead, they could send me the single Bonus Report of Findings DVD to use in my practice first, but a canadian girl finally called and said that this was not company policy.
 
After 16 weeks and many complaints from me and excuses from them later, my order arrived. I didn’t ever receive the Report of Findings DVD!
 
Is it too much to ask that if you pay thousands of dollars for a product they deliver on time and the product they advertize?
 
 A Marketing Kit apparently guaranteed to “increase my clients by 40% in 1 month” was also promised by Nicole, but it was not sent and I gave up complaining.
 
Nearly a year later, I am still fuming about Educhiro’s bad customer service and business practice. What a waste of money !  These DVDs have not helped me grow my practice, as “guaranteed”,  but make good Wine Mats !
