Do not patronize Today’s Touch Massage Therapy in Strongsville, Ohio or at the very least dont EVER buy a gift card, they are not honored!  I purchased two $60.00 gift cards CASH for a total of $120.00 as a Christmas present for my husband.  Called to book two massages for Valentine’s Day, they had openings.  Was then asked had we been there before, said no but had gift card.  Was then told did not accept gift cards on Valentine’s day.  Was told could not combine “specials” together.  I told them did not purchase any specials, had paid full price, CASH, for two massages and they should be honored as cash and asked for manager.  Manager came on phone and said again “No would not accept gift card and had I read the card and brochure, its all over everything.”  Back of card states “RESTRICTIONS on this gift card are: Today’s Touch reserves the right to limit the number of gift cards redeemed in any one day.  Prices are subject to change without notice.”  The back of brochure states “Certain restrictions and blackout TIMES apply”  (Please note it states TIMES not DATES).  I was also told “No refunds on gift cards”  How do they expect anyone to relax through a massage while thinking about how they basically cheated you when you paid your hard earned CASH and could not use it when they had openings!
