Bought a pair of True Religions pants less than a month ago. They arrived on time but the pants were used and after washing the pans 2 days later the bottom cap above the zipper came off.
I called to ask for a shipping label to send the pans back. I had to pay to ship the pants back and because I forgot to call to get a RMA# they took 15% of what I had paid because they had to take 15% restocking fee. (they re-stock the damaged pants)
After asking to speak with manager or owner of the company and getting no response from nobody. They gave me a refund with out telling me they had refund me. I found out by accident

I ordered a pair of pants from xscollection, and didn’t receive it for more than a week. So I emailed them about it, and they replied that they’re out of my size so suggested me to change the item. I replied them asking what other sizes were left, and didn’t get any answer.
After few days I emailed them again about cancellation.
They never replied me back. I emailed them several times after that, probably about 7-8 times. I haven’t gotten any reply from them.
How did you get a refund? I would like to know..
And actually I called them too, but they never answered.
